A private space starts with clear boundaries.

This version of DomainHuddle is a browser-based demonstration. It has no account system, server-side negotiation storage, or live AI connection. “Private” describes how the demo handles your huddle entries; it is not a promise of encrypted or authenticated storage.

What happens to your huddle

Your inputs, conversation notes, calculations, drafts, and practice messages remain in this page’s memory until you leave or reload it, unless you choose to save or download them. They are not sent to Formspree, an AI provider, or a DomainHuddle server by this app. No analytics, advertising trackers, external fonts, or third-party scripts are included.

The hosting provider may receive ordinary web-request information such as your IP address and requested pages. Its logging and retention depend on the hosting configuration. Your huddle is not placed in the address bar or in public HTML.

Saving, retention, and deletion

• Save on this device: stores one huddle in this browser profile’s local storage, including your private minimum, messages, notes, and draft. Saving again replaces that saved huddle. Saving is manual; later edits do not save automatically.
• Retention: a browser save remains until you delete it, clear the site’s browser data, or the browser removes it. It is not synchronized to an account and may be unavailable in another browser or on another device.
• Delete saved huddle: removes this app’s saved huddle from the current browser. It does not clear the currently open workspace. Use “New blank huddle” to clear that workspace too.
• Download notes: creates a text file containing your huddle, including private information. You control where that file is stored, shared, backed up, and deleted. The app cannot remove downloaded copies.

Local storage and downloaded notes are not encrypted by this app. People with access to your browser profile or device may be able to read them. Use the provided fictional samples on shared devices. Do not enter passwords, transfer codes, payment credentials, or unnecessary personal details.

The contact form is separate

Only when you submit the homepage contact form are its name, email address, and message fields sent to the configured Formspree service for delivery to the site owner. Huddle contents are not attached. Formspree processes the submission under its own policies; visit Formspree’s privacy policy for details. No claim about Formspree’s retention period is made here.

To ask about deletion of an inquiry, contact the site owner through that form and identify the email address used. The site owner must handle deletion of inbox copies and any service-stored copies; this demo does not provide automated inquiry deletion.

What the demo can and cannot do

Conversation and roleplay responses are scripted, not live AI. Calculations apply your inputs to displayed formulas. Sample fees are illustrative; actual marketplace terms have not been checked. No comparable sales, buyer identities, valuations, or probabilities of success are verified. Replies are drafts for your review, not messages sent to buyers.

This site does not accept offers, contact buyers, modify listings, transfer domains, or charge you. You make every decision. The future live version will need a server-side AI connection, suitable access controls, and updated privacy information identifying the AI provider and its actual data handling before real private negotiations are processed.

Search visibility

The demo workspace asks search engines not to index it, and its public source contains no user negotiation records. Search directives are not access controls. There is no password-protected cloud workspace in this version.
